How We Helped a New Agent Build Her Business from Scratch Using Lofty

One of the things I enjoy most about this work is seeing what happens when an agent gets the right tools in place from the very beginning. This is the story of one of our clients — Abigail — who came to us as a brand-new agent at Coldwell Banker West and is now their Operations Manager.
Where She Started
When Abigail first reached out to Reezy, she had just gotten her license and was figuring out how to build a business from zero. No existing database, no established brand, no website — just a lot of drive and a willingness to put in the work.
We set her up with a Lofty subscription, built her a custom website, and walked her through how to use the CRM to manage her early leads and stay in front of her sphere.
What Made the Difference
