As a premier partner and authorized reseller of the Lofty CRM and Website platform, Jack specializes in helping real estate professionals maximize their tech stacks. He recently spearheaded a complex implementation for a large Southern California brokerage, successfully onboarding and integrating hundreds of agents into the Lofty ecosystem. Whether streamlining CRM workflows or deploying custom, high-converting websites, Jack combines high-level technical expertise with practical, hands-on support.

Throughout her career, Maya has overseen and implemented the infrastructure that keeps brokerages running — from back-office operations, transaction and commission reporting, sales tracking, to full onboarding and agent support systems.

With a deep understanding of both real estate and technology, Maya specializes in Lofty CRM and website implementations, helping agents streamline lead management, automate follow-up, and convert online traffic into closings. She combines technical expertise with marketing strategy, offering customized solutions that include social media management, content planning, branding support, and digital lead-generation campaigns.

Since beginning a career in real estate marketing in 2016, Kathrine has worked with leading brokerages including Berkshire Hathaway California Properties, Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty, and Coldwell Banker.
